SEAmplified Chats: What Does It Take For Students To Be A Content Creator In Southeast Asia?
Southeast Asia is one of the most exciting regions for creators today where the opportunities feel endless. But building a real creator career in the region isn’t always straightforward. Each market has its own audience preferences, platform dynamics, and navigating them often means learning the hard way: through experiments, missteps, and harsh truths no guidebook talks about.
In this fireside chat, we will go beyond the follower counts and likes to uncover the realities of becoming a full-time content creator in Southeast Asia such as the pivots, failures, surprises, and the moments that shape a creator’s journey. This event is specifically for students who are aspiring content creators!

Between The Grind - KL

Between the Grind — KL is a curated 3D2N immersion for Singapore-based youths who want to pause, reflect, and rethink how they see work, life, and opportunity — starting in Kuala Lumpur.
This is not a career trip, a networking event, or a “find your passion” programme.
Instead, we’ll spend time in conversation with people living and working in KL, explore the city through its entrepreneurship, arts & culture, and sustainability scene, and create space to reflect on our own paths together.
The group will be intentionally small (around 10 participants). We are currently looking at hosting the trip on 23-25 April 2026.
Indicate your interest here and we’ll be in touch soon: https://forms.gle/rCSQ2duPMcypEHbNA
